Publication on the research project “Energy-effective drawing in of air for air conditioners” as part of the “Solid Freeform Fabrication Symposium” in August 2015 in Austin (TX).

WEIDPLAS is continuously working on improvements to the systems deployed in the various vehicles. Considerable improvements could be realized in the energy consumption of air conditioning systems used in vehicles, within the framework of work on systems for the treatment of air drawn in by these systems. This resulted in a considerable reduction of CO2 released by air conditioning systems for internal combustion engines and also considerable improvements in the range of electric vehicles, both in summer and especially also in winter. The results were now presented at the “Solid Freeform Fabrication Symposium” in August 2015 in Austin (TX).
